Why We Conducted the Patient Feedback Survey:
As part of our commitment to providing the highest quality care, we are continuously working toward achieving and maintaining accreditation with relevant healthcare standards. One of the requirements for this process is gathering regular feedback from our patients to identify areas where we excel and where we can improve.

To meet this requirement, we conducted a patient feedback survey. Over 200 patients generously shared their thoughts with us, and we are grateful for the time and effort they took to provide valuable insights.

What We Learned from the Feedback:
We’re pleased to share that the feedback overwhelmingly highlighted several strengths of our clinic:

• Our patients appreciate the ease of making appointments and the comfort of our waiting area.

• Reception staff were highly praised for being welcoming and considerate.

• Clinicians were noted for providing excellent care, taking the time to address concerns, and making patients feel comfortable.

However, there are areas where we can improve:

• Some patients expressed a desire for shorter wait times and improved collaboration between clinicians and other healthcare providers.

• While many patients are aware of our iron infusion services, a large portion has not yet utilized them. We plan to enhance awareness and provide further education to our patients.
