Telehealth services are not intended to replace essential visits to the doctor but rather be a convenient solution when you can’t see a doctor face to face.

Eligibility Requirements for General Practitioner Telehealth Services
Patients are required to have had a face-to-face consultation with one of our General Practitioners within the previous 12 months to be eligible for a telehealth consultation.
Telehealth services attract the same billing as face to face consultations. All telehealth consultations require payment in full to be held as a deposit prior to securing the booking. This will be applied to the fee on completion on the consultation and forwarded to medicare to receive your medicare rebate into your MyGov nominated bank account.
