Our after-hours service is available from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. If you require medical assistance during these hours, simply call us at to connect with the after-hours doctor.
What Is the After-Hours Service Used For?
Our after-hours service is designed to provide medical care for non-urgent health concerns that arise when our clinic is closed. It’s ideal for:
- Mild illnesses (e.g., colds, flu symptoms)
- General health concerns that need attention before our next business day
What This Service Is Not For
It’s important to note that our after-hours service is not intended for acute care or emergencies. If you or a loved one is experiencing a serious medical emergency, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe injury, or a life-threatening condition, please call an ambulance immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Not utilised for prescriptions or referrals.
Fees for After-Hours Care
Please be aware that there is a $330.00 upfront fee for after-hours consultations, as this service is not Bulk Billed. Additionally, if any additional services (such as suturing) are required, they will be charged at the individual practitioner rate. You will receive a receipt for your consultation, and we will submit claims to Medicare for reimbursement—however, this does not apply to acute care or accidents.
