As we head into November, the festive season is just around the corner. With Christmas gatherings, school holidays and end-of-year commitments approaching, it can be easy to put your own health and wellbeing at the bottom of the list.

Make time for your health
November is a great opportunity to review any outstanding health concerns and plan for the weeks to come.
Consider whether you need to:
- Book a routine health check or follow-up appointment.
- Discuss any ongoing symptoms or health concerns with your doctor.
- Review prescriptions and allow enough time for any necessary appointments.
- Check whether you have outstanding referrals, investigations or results to follow up.
- Discuss any women’s health concerns, including menstrual changes, perimenopause, menopause or hormonal health.
Taking care of these things early can help you feel more organized and supported as the year comes to a close.
Don’t forget your wellbeing
The lead-up to Christmas can be a busy and sometimes stressful time. Try to make space for rest, movement, nutritious meals and activities that help you recharge.

We encourage patients to plan ahead and book appointments early where possible, particularly if you require ongoing care or follow-up before the holiday break.
