Bowel cancer is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia and the second leading cause of cancer-related death.

Regular screening is important to detect it early, so take the free bowel cancer test – it could save your life.

Eligible Australians aged between 50 and 74 years of age will receive a free National Bowel Cancer Screening Program kit in the mail.

When it’s detected early, 9 out of 10 cases can be treated successfully.

If there is a family history, or you have symptoms you are concerned about, talk to your doctor about when to start your screening.
